Michelle Davis--Founder and Instructor
Michelle's first experience with pilates began many years ago when a friend invited her to her first mat class. An immediate love for pilates was born. After practicing for 6 years she decided to become an instructor. Michelle completed her instuctor training in 2004 and is a certified instructor with STOTT Pilates.
Over the years she has worked with an array of clients from professional athletes to those suffering from debilitating diseases. She loves the fact that anyone can do pilates whether you're young or old, new to fitness or a gym addict. Everyone can benefit from a pilates practice.
Michelle works closely with clients to develop personalized programs that enhance the body and engage the mind, resulting in a sense of well being and balance.
